By using the services provided by Lever Automations LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Description of Service
Lever Automations LLC provides digital infrastructure, including web design, automated SMS follow-ups, reputation management, and AI Voice Assistants.
2. Fees and Payments
Setup Fees: All setup fees are non-refundable once the implementation phase has begun.
Recurring Fees: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
3. AI Performance & Limitations
The Client acknowledges that AI Voice Assistants and SMS Agents are "probabilistic" tools. While we train these systems for high accuracy, Lever Automations LLC is not liable for "hallucinations" (incorrect information provided by the AI) or unauthorized commitments made by the AI agent. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving the AI Knowledge Base.
4. TCPA and SMS Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all lead lists uploaded to our system consist of "Opt-In" contacts. Lever Automations LLC is not liable for any fines or legal actions resulting from the Client’s use of the system to contact individuals without their express written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Lever Automations LLC retains ownership of all proprietary automation "snapshots" and AI prompt engineering used to deliver the service. The Client retains ownership of their specific customer data.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
